Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring an exceptional bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
2. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Take beverage orders and serve them in a timely manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
5. Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
6. Handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
7. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven bartending experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
