Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis to join our culinary team. As a Commis , you will work closely with senior kitchen staff to assist in food preparation and ensure high kitchen standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
3. Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by senior chefs.
4. Ensure all food is prepared and served according to safety and hygiene stadards.
5. Stock and manage assigned sections with the necessary supplies.
6. Learn and execute basic cooking techniques under guidance.
7. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
8. Support kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus but not essential.
2. Passion for cooking and a strong willingness to learn.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
