Position Summary:
As a Waitress at our Beach House, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they enjoy a relaxed and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in line with the beach house's laid-back yet professional vibe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Order Management:

• Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Communicate special requests or dietary requirements to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.

3. Table Maintenance:

• Regularly check on tables to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Clear used dishes and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.

4. Hygiene & Safety:

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waitress, preferably in a beach or casual dining setting.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling bills and tips.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable carrying trays with food and beverages.
